Teen Confirmation

Confirmation is one of the three Sacraments of Christian Initiation, along with Baptism and Eucharist. Confirmation involves the "sealing" and strengthening of the Holy Spirit, whose gifts make us more like Christ. 

Youth desiring to prepare for Confirmation must meet the following requirements to register:

• Received the Sacraments of Baptism and First Holy Eucharist  
• Be entering 7^th grade
• Completed at least one of the following:
  • Be currently enrolled in a Catholic school
  • Enrollment or participation in parish middle school youth ministry during 6^th grade
• Attend Mass with their family every Sunday & Holy Days of Obligation

Preparation for Confirmation will include attendance in the Confirmation classes, a one-day retreat and a small amount of home-based work. For more information, please contact us at confirmation@mqp.org.

Adult Confirmation

Are you an adult Catholic who has not yet been Confirmed? It’s not too late! A profound outpouring of the Holy Spirit is being offered to you through this sacrament. Please contact RCIA@mqp.org for more information about being prepared to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
