MQP's Children and Family Faith Formation model consists of the following programs:​

• Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) - Level I for children ages 3 - 6. 
• ​Family Faith Formation - Elementary Age Children (1st-5th). Click on the button below for more information.
• Sacramental Preparation (First Reconciliation and First Communion) - Preparation for First Holy Communion is a 2 - year process. The child must complete a year of formation in Family Faith Formation or CGS prior to registering to Sacramental Preparation class. At least one parent is required to attend all classes with his/her child. Click on the button below for more information.
