Official Appointments Announced

Archbishop Paul D. Etienne and the Priest Personnel Board released the Official Appointments including pastors, parochial vicars and other assignments. This was after several months of consultation with priests, deacons, staff and parishioners from around the archdiocese. New assignments will go into effect on July 1, 2024.

We will be collecting food and other items for the IFCB on April 13th and 14th. Please donate just the items in this list. Volunteers will be at the table in the Marian Social Hall after the weekend Masses to receive your donations. Any help you can give is appreciated.  

Your donations will be collected and sold at one of the SVdP Thrift Stores, providing financial support for our various programs dedicated to helping neighbors gain stability and self-sufficiency! SVDP will accept furniture pieces like tables, chairs and dressers under 50 lbs. in excellent condition. Click here to view a list of additional items that are and ARE NOT accepted.

 

Support The Rock Youth Ministry! The Trivia Night fundraiser for summer missions will be Saturday, April 20th in the Marian Social Hall. The summer missions are Steubenville NW and Agape Service Project. $50 per family and $20 per individual. Invite your friends! Doors open at 6:00 pm and dinner and drinks will be served. Support the St. Vincent de Paul fundraiser and help our neighbors who are in financial hardship. Mark your calendars, bring your friends, and join us for our Cinco de Mayo Bingo Night Saturday, May 4th in the Marian Social Hall. We’ll have pizza, popcorn and prizes! All proceeds from this event provide the funds necessary to meet the basic needs of our neighbors and help them achieve financial stability and self-sufficiency. Rehearsals for the Junior Chorus to sing at the 11AM Mass on Mother's Day May 12th will begin on Sunday April 14th at 1:30 to 3pm. They will continue every Sunday at the same time. For more information or to sign up your child please click here.

This Summer, 6th - 12th graders are invited to give, grow, have fun, and meet Christ at the Agape Service Project! Agape Service Project fosters service, community, and prayer as participants encounter Christ and uphold the dignity of our farmworker brothers and sisters. June 30th- July 3rd. We will be staying at the Assumption Catholic School & Parish and serving the surrounding community. The $400 registration fee includes lodging and meals. Scholarships available! All incoming 9th graders through 12th graders are invited to join us this summer for the Steubenville NW Conference, Friday July 12th - Sunday, July 14th! Registration is $395 which includes conference registration, lodging at The Centennial for 2 nights, 5 meals, transportation, and conference shirts. A summer camp for middle school boys! Camp Solanus will be August 11th - 17th at Camp Hamilton in Monroe. Camp will help boys grow in discipleship and virtues, through Mass, Reconciliation, prayer, outdoors, and physical activities. Please click here to learn more and to register.
