Family Open Gym
CYO
The
Catholic Youth Organization, CYO, fosters the active Catholic spirit for
young people participating in athletics, camping, spiritual retreats, and
other activities. CYO sports unite children of a parish community in a
compassionate, yet competitive atmosphere that promotes sportsmanship and
skill development.

All participants must have a Social Hall/Gym Usage
Registration/Consent form on file and a background check will be completed
on anyone over the age of 18 that is participating:

Archdiocese of Seattle
Background Checks
The Archdiocese of Seattle requires volunteers in the parish to undergo a background check.
It
is an Archdiocesan requirement that you have a current background check on
file with Mary, Queen of Peace and that we have a signed form that indicates
that you and they are familiar with the
Archdiocese of Seattle's Policy for
Prevention of Sexual Abuse and Response to Allegations of Sexual Abuse of
Minors.
