Mary, Queen of Peace, welcome!
Here at MQP we are very excited about the
Catholics Come Home effort being sponsored by
the Archdiocese of Seattle. We hope and pray that the television ads,
together with the hospitality and welcome of Catholic parishes like
our own, will be a source of inspiration and assistance to those who seek to reestablish
contact with the Catholic Church and to renew the practice of their
Catholic faith.
As pastor, I hope that you will find the resources and ministries of this
parish to be of help to you, and that you will come to encounter the
presence of Christ here among us.If you have any particular questions or
specific needs, please contact me or any of our parish staff members.

Have you been away from the Church? Are you thinking about giving the Church another try? Catholics Come Home is a great opportunity to learn about the changes that have happened since you left, and to discover all that the Church can offer you. The program is also a safe place to talk about what had alienated you from the Church in the past, and to explore how wounds from the past might be healed. We will be offering a 5-week session of Catholics Come Home on Sunday mornings, starting on April 11 from 9:00am to 10:00am in the Fr. McGivney Room.
